# 9. Tài khoản: ngôn ngữ, đăng xuất, xoá tài khoản

Đổi ngôn ngữ, đăng xuất và những điều cần biết trước khi xoá tài khoản.

## Đổi ngôn ngữ

Chạm nút ngôn ngữ ở góc trên bên phải (có chữ **VI**) và chọn ngôn ngữ bạn muốn. Ứng dụng có 9 ngôn ngữ, đổi ngay và nhớ lựa chọn cho lần sau.

## Đăng xuất

Chạm **Tài khoản**, thẻ **Thông tin**, rồi chạm **Đăng xuất** ở cuối trang. Sau khi đăng xuất, chạm **Bản đồ** để xem trạm, hoặc **Sạc xe** để đăng nhập lại bằng số điện thoại và mật khẩu.

## Xoá tài khoản

1. Chạm **Tài khoản**, thẻ **Thông tin**, mở mục **Xoá tài khoản**.
2. Đọc phần giải thích, chạm nút **Xoá tài khoản**.
3. Hộp thoại hỏi lại: «Xoá tài khoản sẽ đăng xuất ngay, xoá dữ liệu nhận diện và không thể hoàn tác. Bạn có chắc chắn muốn tiếp tục?». Xác nhận để xoá, hoặc huỷ nếu bạn đổi ý.

### Điều cần biết trước khi xoá

* Yêu cầu có hiệu lực ngay, không chờ xét duyệt, không cần mã SMS và không thể hoàn tác.
* Ứng dụng đăng xuất trên mọi thiết bị; số điện thoại và mật khẩu cũ không đăng nhập được nữa.
* Tên, ảnh, số điện thoại, thông tin xác minh, thông báo và thông tin xuất hoá đơn đã lưu bị xoá. Lịch sử sạc và giao dịch ví được giữ ở dạng ẩn danh để đối soát; thông tin người mua trên hoá đơn đã yêu cầu được giữ nguyên.
* Nếu xe đang sạc, hệ thống gửi lệnh dừng sạc. Yêu cầu nạp tiền đang chờ hết hiệu lực; tiền chuyển đến muộn không được cộng vào tài khoản đã xoá.
