# 7. Theo dõi và dừng sạc

Đọc màn hình Đang sạc, dừng phiên và xử lý khi trụ chưa dừng.

1. Màn hình **Đang sạc** cập nhật liên tục: **Điện năng**, **Công suất hiện tại**, **Pin xe**, giờ **Bắt đầu**, **Mã phiên** và **Số dư khả dụng**. Dòng nhỏ bên dưới cho biết số đo vừa nhận cách đây bao lâu.
2. Bạn có thể rời màn hình này. Khi mở lại ứng dụng, chạm **Sạc xe** để xem tiếp phiên đang sạc.
3. Để dừng, chạm **Dừng sạc**. Ứng dụng gửi lệnh dừng và chờ trụ xác nhận.
4. Khi trụ xác nhận, màn hình hiện **Phiên sạc đã kết thúc** cùng số tiền đã thanh toán. Chạm **Hoàn tất**.

Nếu trụ chưa dừng: khi ứng dụng báo trụ từ chối, chưa xác nhận hoặc không nhận được lệnh dừng, hãy làm theo hướng dẫn trên màn hình: rút cáp ở phía xe để dừng sạc ngay, và gọi hỗ trợ tại trạm nếu vẫn chưa dừng.
