# 10. Nếu gặp sự cố

Trụ offline, không đủ số dư, chưa cắm súng sạc và cách liên hệ hỗ trợ.

## Trụ báo «Đang offline» hoặc «Đang kiểm tra trụ sạc…»

Trụ đang mất kết nối (**Trạng thái trụ: Ngoại tuyến**), hoặc ứng dụng đang chờ trụ báo trạng thái. Lúc này nút **Bắt đầu sạc** chưa dùng được.

* Chờ một lát. Nếu ứng dụng báo «Trụ sạc chưa phản hồi. Hãy thử lại.», chạm **Kiểm tra lại**.
* Nếu trụ vẫn ngoại tuyến, hãy dùng trụ khác hoặc báo nhân viên tại trạm.

## Không đủ số dư để bắt đầu sạc

Ứng dụng báo «Số dư khả dụng không đủ để bắt đầu sạc.» kèm số tiền cần có, số dư hiện có và số tiền cần nạp thêm.

* Chạm **Nạp tiền**: ứng dụng mở ví và điền sẵn số tiền còn thiếu. Nạp tiền theo [mục 4](/nen-tang-va-ket-noi/huong-dan-su-dung-ung-dung/4.-nap-tien-vao-vi-bang-vietqr.md); khi tiền đã về, quay lại **Sạc xe** và chạm **Bắt đầu sạc** lần nữa.
* Nếu số dư đang là 0 đ, ứng dụng hiện «Số dư khả dụng là 0 đ. Hãy nạp tiền để bắt đầu sạc.» và nút **Nạp tiền** thay cho nút **Bắt đầu sạc**.

## Chưa cắm súng sạc vào xe

Ứng dụng báo «Xe chưa được cắm vào trụ. Hãy cắm xe rồi quét lại.» hoặc «Chưa có xe cắm vào súng sạc. Hãy cắm xe rồi thử lại.». Có khi màn hình chỉ ghi **Trạng thái trụ: Chưa kết nối** và nút **Bắt đầu sạc** không bấm được.

* Cắm chắc súng sạc vào xe, rồi quét lại mã hoặc nhập lại mã 6 số.
* Nếu đã chạm **Bắt đầu sạc** mà ứng dụng báo «Trụ chưa bắt đầu sạc. Hãy kiểm tra đầu nối rồi thử lại.», hãy kiểm tra đầu nối và thử lại. Khi trụ không bắt đầu sạc, khoản tạm giữ được trả lại ví.
